These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of YTGrowthExpert.com, as well as services provided by YT Growth Expert unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

YT Growth Expert is a remote digital marketing business operated by Jawad Mehmood, providing YouTube growth strategy, YouTube SEO, channel management, content strategy, social media strategy, consulting, audits, and related digital marketing services.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, purchasing or engaging our services, or otherwise working with YT Growth Expert, you agree to these Terms where applicable.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About YT Growth Expert

YT Growth Expert helps businesses, creators, professionals, and organizations improve their YouTube, content, and digital presence.

Depending on the engagement, our services may include:

  • Other related services agreed upon with a client

The exact services, deliverables, timelines, and fees may vary depending on the project or engagement.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You may use our website for lawful purposes.

If you engage YT Growth Expert on behalf of a company, organization, brand, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity and, where applicable, agree to these Terms on its behalf.

If you are not legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person may need to enter into an agreement on your behalf where required by law.

3. Inquiries and Discovery Calls

Submitting an inquiry, contacting YT Growth Expert, or booking a discovery call does not by itself create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed with a project.

Discovery calls and initial communications are generally intended to:

  • Understand your goals and challenges
  • Discuss your business or channel
  • Determine whether our services may be a suitable fit
  • Discuss potential services, scope, timelines, and pricing
  • Determine appropriate next steps

We reserve the right to decline an inquiry or project at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Client Engagements

A client engagement may begin after the parties agree on the applicable scope, deliverables, fees, and other material terms.

Depending on the project, these details may be documented through:

  • A proposal
  • Statement of work
  • Email or other written confirmation
  • Invoice
  • Freelance marketplace contract
  • Service agreement
  • Project management system
  • Other written agreement between the parties

The specific scope agreed upon for a project forms part of the applicable service arrangement.

5. Separate Agreements

These Terms apply to services provided by YT Growth Expert unless you and YT Growth Expert enter into a separate written agreement governing the applicable services.

A separate agreement may include a:

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will control with respect to that conflict.

The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to apply to the extent they do not conflict with the separate agreement.

6. Scope of Services

We will provide the services and deliverables agreed upon for the applicable engagement.

Anything not reasonably included within the agreed scope may be considered additional work.

Examples may include:

  • Additional platforms
  • Additional channels or brands
  • Additional videos or content
  • Additional revisions
  • New deliverables
  • Expanded research
  • Additional meetings
  • Additional reporting
  • Work requested after the original scope has been completed
  • Material changes to previously approved work

If a request falls outside the agreed scope, we may discuss additional fees, hours, timelines, or a revised scope before proceeding.

7. Client Responsibilities

Successful projects depend on timely cooperation from both sides.

When working with YT Growth Expert, you agree to provide information, materials, approvals, and access reasonably necessary for us to perform the agreed services.

Depending on the project, this may include:

  • Accurate business information
  • Brand assets
  • Content files
  • Channel or social media access
  • Analytics access
  • Website information
  • Product or service information
  • Timely feedback
  • Approvals
  • Required credentials or permissions
  • Other materials reasonably necessary for the project

You are responsible for ensuring that information and materials you provide are accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use them.

Delays in providing required information, access, feedback, or approvals may result in corresponding project delays.

8. Account Access and Permissions

Certain services may require access to YouTube, social media, analytics, content-management, project-management, or other third-party accounts.

Where possible, I recommend providing access through official role-based permissions, user access, manager access, or other delegated-access systems rather than sharing primary passwords.

You remain responsible for maintaining control and security of your accounts.

We will use account access provided to us only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

You may revoke access when our engagement ends, subject to any ongoing services requiring such access.

9. Fees and Pricing

Fees may be structured as:

  • Fixed project fees
  • Hourly fees
  • Weekly or monthly fees
  • Retainers
  • Milestone payments
  • Other mutually agreed pricing arrangements

The applicable price will be communicated before or during the engagement and may be documented in a proposal, invoice, contract, platform agreement, or other written communication.

Unless otherwise agreed, additional work outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

10. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated as part of the applicable engagement.

Payments may be processed through third-party services or platforms, including payment providers, freelance marketplaces, or other payment methods agreed upon by the parties.

We may currently use third-party services such as Payoneer for certain payments and may introduce additional payment methods, including Stripe, in the future.

Third-party payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying applicable fees according to the agreed payment schedule.

11. Late or Failed Payments

If a payment becomes overdue, fails, is reversed, or otherwise remains unpaid, we may:

  • Pause work
  • Withhold unfinished deliverables
  • Postpone scheduled work
  • Suspend ongoing services
  • Terminate the engagement where appropriate

We will generally attempt to resolve genuine payment issues reasonably before taking further action.

You remain responsible for amounts properly due for services already performed, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Because YT Growth Expert primarily provides professional services involving time, research, strategy, analysis, and customized work, payments for work already performed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

If a project is canceled after work has begun, you may be responsible for:

  • Work already completed
  • Time already spent
  • Approved expenses
  • Completed milestones
  • Other amounts properly due under the agreed engagement

If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been performed, any refund or credit will depend on the applicable agreement, circumstances, work already committed or performed, and applicable law.

Any project-specific cancellation or refund terms stated in a separate agreement will take precedence over this section.

13. Revisions

Where revisions are included in a project, they are intended to refine agreed deliverables within the original scope.

A revision does not necessarily include:

  • Creating a substantially different deliverable
  • Changing the original strategy after approval
  • Expanding the project scope
  • Adding new platforms, content, or deliverables
  • Reworking completed deliverables because the client’s underlying direction has materially changed

Substantial changes may require additional fees or a revised scope.

Where a project includes a specific number of revisions, that project-specific agreement will apply.

14. Approvals

You are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing approvals or requested changes within a reasonable period.

Once content, strategy, creative work, publishing information, or other deliverables are approved, substantial changes requested afterward may be treated as additional work.

For services involving publication or implementation, you are responsible for reviewing information that requires your approval before it is made public unless our agreement specifically assigns final approval authority to YT Growth Expert.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing and platform growth depend on many factors outside our control.

While I use professional experience, research, analytics, strategy, and industry practices to pursue strong results, YT Growth Expert does not guarantee any specific outcome.

We do not guarantee:

  • A specific number of views
  • Subscribers or followers
  • Watch time
  • Engagement
  • Leads
  • Customers
  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Search rankings
  • YouTube rankings
  • Viral content
  • Monetization approval
  • Advertising results
  • Sponsorships
  • Platform recommendations
  • Algorithmic distribution
  • Specific growth percentages
  • Any particular financial return

Past performance, portfolio results, testimonials, case studies, projections, forecasts, or examples do not guarantee future results.

Every channel, business, audience, market, and project is different.

16. Third-Party Platforms and Algorithm Changes

Many of our services depend on platforms we do not own or control, including YouTube, Google, social media platforms, search engines, analytics providers, and other technology services.

These platforms may change their:

  • Algorithms
  • Policies
  • Terms
  • Features
  • APIs
  • Ranking systems
  • Monetization requirements
  • Account permissions
  • Content rules
  • Distribution systems

at any time.

YT Growth Expert is not responsible for losses, reduced performance, account restrictions, feature changes, algorithm changes, outages, suspensions, or other consequences caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

We may adjust strategies when appropriate in response to platform changes.

17. Compliance With Platform Rules

We aim to perform services in accordance with applicable platform policies and legitimate marketing practices.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring their businesses, products, claims, content, and activities comply with applicable:

  • Laws
  • Regulations
  • Platform policies
  • Advertising requirements
  • Intellectual property rights
  • Industry-specific requirements

We may decline to perform requested activities that we reasonably believe violate applicable law, platform rules, third-party rights, or our professional standards.

18. Client Content and Materials

You retain ownership of content, trademarks, logos, recordings, footage, documents, data, and other materials you provide to us, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

By providing materials to YT Growth Expert, you grant us permission to use, edit, process, reproduce, or otherwise work with those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for materials you provide.

19. Ownership of Deliverables

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, ownership of final custom deliverables created specifically for a client will transfer to the client after all applicable fees for those deliverables have been paid in full, to the extent those deliverables are capable of being transferred.

However, YT Growth Expert retains ownership of:

  • Pre-existing materials
  • Internal systems
  • Processes
  • Frameworks
  • Methodologies
  • Know-how
  • Templates
  • General strategies
  • Workflows
  • Tools
  • Reusable concepts
  • Non-client-specific materials

that existed before the engagement or were developed independently of a particular client’s custom deliverables.

Where such materials are incorporated into a deliverable, the client receives the rights reasonably necessary to use the final deliverable for its intended purpose, unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

20. Portfolio and Case Studies

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or restricted by confidentiality obligations, YT Growth Expert may reference publicly available work completed for clients for reasonable portfolio, case-study, credential, or self-promotional purposes.

This may include publicly available:

  • Brand or company names
  • Channel names
  • Published content
  • Publicly visible results
  • Screenshots of public-facing work
  • General descriptions of services performed

We will not intentionally publish confidential information, private account information, passwords, unpublished business information, or other information that we have agreed to keep confidential.

If a separate agreement includes specific confidentiality or portfolio restrictions, that agreement will control.

21. Intellectual Property Rights

The YT Growth Expert website and its original content, branding, graphics, text, design elements, methodologies, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to YT Growth Expert unless otherwise indicated.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

Our name, branding, and original website materials may not be used in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

22. Confidentiality

During a client engagement, either party may receive confidential or non-public information belonging to the other.

We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential client information and use it only as reasonably necessary to perform the services or as otherwise permitted.

Clients similarly agree not to improperly disclose confidential YT Growth Expert information, including non-public proprietary systems, internal processes, or materials designated as confidential.

Confidentiality obligations do not generally apply to information that:

  • Is already publicly available through no breach of confidentiality
  • Was lawfully known before disclosure
  • Is independently developed without use of confidential information
  • Is lawfully obtained from another source
  • Must be disclosed by law or lawful legal process

Separate confidentiality agreements will control where applicable.

A client relationship is not created merely by viewing website content.

Past results are not guarantees of future performance.

28. Acceptable Use

Where reasonably practical, we will attempt to communicate material issues before terminating an engagement.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for properly completed work or other obligations intended to survive termination.

30. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except for express commitments made in an applicable service agreement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The website will always be available or error-free
  • Third-party platforms will operate without interruption
  • Every strategy will produce a particular result
  • Platform algorithms will remain unchanged
  • All information will remain current indefinitely

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YT Growth Expert will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the website or services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated benefits.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

32. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless YT Growth Expert and its operator, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:

35. Electronic Communications

Transactional and service-related communications are separate from optional promotional marketing communications.

Changes will not retroactively alter the material terms of an existing paid engagement where doing so would be prohibited or inconsistent with a separate agreement.

37. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary where legally permissible.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

38. No Waiver

If YT Growth Expert does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver of one provision or breach does not automatically constitute a waiver of another provision or future breach.

39. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, written project agreement, Privacy Policy, or separate agreement, constitute the applicable agreement between you and YT Growth Expert regarding the matters they cover.

As explained above, where a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls with respect to that conflict.

40. Governing Law and Disputes

Because YT Growth Expert operates remotely and may serve clients in multiple countries, the governing law and dispute-resolution terms for a specific paid engagement may be established in the applicable separate agreement or platform contract.

Where a separate agreement specifies governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration, mediation, or another dispute-resolution procedure, those provisions will control.

Where no separate agreement establishes such terms, applicable governing law and jurisdiction will be determined according to applicable law and the circumstances of the relationship.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to them.
